This is a father who does triathlons and marathons with his daughter who has cerebral palsy. He carries her when he runs, pulls her along in a kayak when he swims and a cart when he cycles.

I have started my marathon training for a few months now, and every so often I get lazy or demotivated. But then I read about something amazing like this and it inspires me to be better, run faster, train harder. It reminds me why I wanted to start running marathons on a regular basis - to accept the challenge, to inspire and be inspired, to live a healthier life, and most important of all, to be the change I wish to see.
